Cansin Akinci Doluel

Cansin Akinci Doluel focuses on corporate and M&A. She advises clients on international and domestic M&A and other corporate law transactions with particular experience in cross-border projects in diverse sectors including in regulated ones such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive and energy.

She is also advising clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance of private companies in addition to providing legal assistance in daily corporate matters including contractual, immigration, intellectual property and personal data protection law related procedures and transactions.
