Yağmur İpek Özen

Yağmur İpek Özen focuses on corporate and M&A matters. She specialises in acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures and management buyouts and provides practical and commercial advice to companies operating in various industries including defence, energy, mining or information technologies.

Yağmur has also gained considerable experience providing advice to local and international clients on data protection legislation and GDPR,  data management and privacy strategies.
